The Center for Environmental Innovation and Leadership (CEIL) is an independent organization with a mission to provide government decision makers charged with implementing sustainable initiatives and policies with information on green projects, processes and products. CEIL provides information through its website (CEILeadership.org), weekly eNewsletter and educational events. CEIL sponsors the GOVgreen Conference and Exposition in Washington, DC each year. At GOVgreen, conference programming and the exhibit floor are free to federal and military professionals. Programming is devoted to best practices and cast histories in energy, transportation, facilities and conservation (water, wastwater, recycling).
