Knowledge Management through Data Capture, Sharing, and Exchange: Facilitates thematic structuring, management and sharing of knowledge across the community of practices members; Facilitates applications of best practices and lessons learned; Promotes innovative approach to collaborative knowledge generation, sharing and use; Collaborates with external networks and the third sector experience for enhanced access to, and use of knowledge. b. Strategic Data Communications: Timely dissemination of knowledge to target communities and technical specialists; Engages a rights-based approach to target audiences for effective feedback/discussion; Designs products that make knowledge accessible to target audiences Facilitates effective communication with the Communities of Practice for learning and strategic networking; c. Capacity Building in Knowledge management Designs and implements training and learning opportunities; Sharing of training and learning opportunities;d. Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management: Facilitates the creation of collaborative knowledge management processes and goals for learning and enabling better decision making Facilitates strategic planning efforts through Knowledge management systems (KMS) by promoting the use of computer-based communications and information systems
