The analysis over a ten year period provided the foundation for the Omnichannel Success Attributes framework, a proprietary framework that isolates the specific attributes and characteristics that differentiate omnichannel winners from their lagging competitive counterparts. This "good to great" framework has been successfully utilized by a number of clients and yielded more than $3 billion dollars in incremental sales over a six-year period.
