Center consists of multidisciplinary teams consisting of highly educated experts, according to the requirements of laboratory researches, that is, activities. The field of activities of the Centre are in connection with specialised work within laboratory research of the health propriety and quality of raw materials, goods and food. Also, Centre carries out the activities in connection with industry as follows: determining location, construction –technical, technological and sanitary –hygienic conditions in the objects for production, processing and turnover of food, application of hazard analysis and critical points control in production and turnover of food even in hospitality as well as education of the employees about sanitary – hygienic conditions for work.
