Recognizing that many change management practitioners, both internal and external, needed an additional level of support if they were to maximize their expertise and success, Michael F. Broom, Ph.D. founded the Center for Human Systems with the support and encouragement of Edith Whitfield Seashore. Edie was an organizational development sage and founder of several OD programs including the prestigious American University/NTL graduate program.The Center for Human Systems offers training and coaching designed to take practitioners to higher levels of success and expertise.The Triple Impact Intensives work with a limited enrollment to provide the practical support and skill enhancement that experienced practitioners need. These programs work with groups of 15 or less to assure high levels of individual attention. The Intensives also provides individual coaching sessions for each participant.A Mentoring and Coaching Program offers a more intensive and personal setting to support experienced practitioners with direct feedback on their current projects. Mentoring and Coaching is available in one-on-one or in small group settings.Under consideration for development is a skill-based program for beginners we might call the Craft of Change.
