The Center for Learning Innovations and Customized Knowledge Solutions (CLICKS) is a specialized center that focuses on the provision of capacity building opportunities to the Higher Education sector through offering a wide and diverse range of public and in-house training programs (both offline and online) and consulting services spanning across its 5 different core areas. In addition, the Center provides mentoring and coaching services to individuals and institutions, supports with the transfer of ‘know-how' and organizes various networking opportunities such as the MENA Higher Education Leadership Forum to promote the ongoing dialogue between leaders of higher education. The core areas of the expertise of the Center include: • Strategy Development • Leadership Development and Governance • Quality Assurance and Accreditation • Innovative Learning and Teaching including considering various forms of Technology integration (i.e. flipped learning, blended learning and online learning.) • Research in Higher EducationBeyond its own internal team, the Center is associated with a pool of international experts and has agreements with several international partners on which it leverages.
