On behalf of the Board of Governors and staff, welcome to the Center for Police Leadership & Ethics International! Four years ago, we assembled a team comprising some of the best leadership educators in the law enforcement community. Our team had decades of field experience, unparalleled backgrounds creating and leading some of the most prolific executive programs in the world, and extensive teaching backgrounds not only in university settings but in renowned domestic and international leadership programs. We came together with the singular purpose of creating an organization committed to transforming the world of executive training and education in policing. We benchmarked other programs around the world. We asked police leaders sharp questions. We identified good training that could be great, and we discovered gaps that needed to be filled. We established a Board of Governors comprising internationally respected leaders. We established partnerships with some of the most consequential law enforcement associations in the world. Then, and only then, we set out to create innovative courses and programs of significance and value to you. We created cutting-edge courses we bring to your agency or event. We developed the Chief Executive Institute, a one-week residential program for agency heads to explore leadership and contemporary challenges unique to chief executives. And we built the North Star Executive Leadership program, a blended residential and online opportunity unlike anything in the world. The CPLE tag line is "Pursuing Lives of Consequence."
