The oldest and largest center for Life-long-learning in Romania, The Company for Investments in Turism, established in 1971 with United Nations Program for Development and International Labor Office, independently runned and public institution until 2008, when it became a private company owned by the Romanian Ministry of Tourism (100%). Thousends of people working in tourism and hospitality graduated in this school, known as "School from Parc Hotel". Experts in this field, with a large experience ,became trainers in this school, with a curriculla very tide to the "real activity", the new Company for Investments in Tourism starts last year to rebrand it. It's a challange for us and since now we didn't dissapointed our trainees. A large library with very new books help our experts to up-date knowledge as well as international exchange with our partners. The first Master in Culinary Art program, the first Tutors program, cooking competitions (Balada Nej Trophy, Golden Chef of Bucharest), events (QP Fresh products show, vocational program with Golden Fish Youth Association, seminars with Manchester Metropolitan University) as well as EU founds projects...are few examples. This year we'll be involved in the first World Cooks Championship, running with the professional association ASPROGAST 2 teams: a regional team and the Community Catering Team...! Not very easy for a small team, but for us, hunger for success is bigger than fear of failure!
