Tom Jenkins founded Center Point Consulting in 1998 to provide training and consulting services to the telecommunications industry. Center Point Consulting's services are are threefold: We strive to provide you with the most efficient, cost effective, vendor independent, telecommunications protocol training available. We provide training consultation including task analysis, curriculum development, and course development and train the trainer services. We provide technical marketing services including inbound marketing, marketing planning, content development to the telecommunications industry. Training Consultation We provide task analysis, curriculum or individual course design, course delivery and train the trainer services. Courses are developed, delivered and tested for effectiveness. After the development and initial delivery phase Center Pont Consulting can continue to deliver the courses or we can train the trainer for ongoing delivery. This process provides efficiency, an effective approach, flexibility and ultimately a cost effective solution to meet your training requirements. Technical Marketing Consultation Buying habits of the public including the telecommunication industry have significantly changed. Buyer will have accomplished approximately 60% of the buying decision before actually contacting a vendor.
