Welcome to Centers for Neurobehavioral Excellence (CNE). We are a non-profit private foundation which provides top quality comprehensive services to persons with Neurobehavioral and intellectual disabilities, including children, who cannot be cared for at home or who do not have family support.Our mission is to provide exceptional comprehensive therapeutic treatment, housing and care for persons with neurobehavioral and intellectual disabilities in an inclusive community-like environment to maximize self determination, quality of life and independence.CNE's philosophy is that every person has God-given gifts and abilities that are unique, one from another. Our differences bring us together in developing our strengths to weave a wonderfully dynamic tapestry from which to create harmonious caring communities where we can live our best lives.
