Individual & Family Services - North Little Rock, Arkansas, United States
Looking Beyond Disabilities, Focusing on Capabilities, Expanding Possibilities Central Arkansas Disability Services (CADS) believes in empowering individuals through person-centered services focusing on home, community, and employment services that support full inclusion in the community. Each of our programs are designed to meet the needs of individuals at various stages of life and with diverse life and occupational goals. These programs require referrals from a supporting state or federal agency, including Arkansas Rehabilitation Services, Arkansas Division of Services for the Blind, Arkansas Department of Human Services – Division of Developmental Disability Services, or Social Security Ticket to Work. Participants are not responsible for any fees for services provided by any CADS Programs. Home and community-based support services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Job Training Programs and Community Integrated Employment supports occur as necessary, contingent upon the needs of the person served. In the event if there is ever a waiting list, an admission decision is based on the date of receipt of referral.
