As the agent for Central Minnesota Municipal Power Agency and affiliates in Minnesota and Iowa, CMPAS identifies strategies that minimize wholesale power costs, manage future risks, and maintain stable and competitive rates. Aligned with its mission, CMPAS provides planning, procurement, and consultative services for power supply, transmission, electricity-market scheduling, and electric utility management.
