Centre for Community Empowerment and Sustainable Development (CESDEV) is an incorporated Trustee and registered nonprofit, whose mission is to locate local specific resource, create supportive environment, design and implement programmes that promote women and young people economic self sufficiency.Working with the combined energies of communities in achieving sustainable development, CESDEV derive purpose from the understanding that every community has its inherent potential which, when harnessed, will bring about desired outcomes.Our Programs are categorised into Consultancy Services, Enterprise Development, Education, and Community Engagement.Teach Young People Entrepreneurship (T.Y.P.E)Rural Women Enterprise Development Initiative (R.W.E.N.D.I)Supporting Women in Construction (S.W.I.C)Supporting Technology Integration in Rural Education (S.T.I.R.E)We have partnered and still collaborate with multinational corporations and non profit organisations (Total Nigeria, Bees for Development, Chevron, The Resource Space, Petronomics) in executing our projects and initiatives.We continue to seek sponsors, partnerships and social investment opportunities has we believe we all have a role to help our nation towards economic sustainability ending poverty and hunger. click to read our latest publications - http://cesdev.org/publications/
