Centre for Development Management (CDM) is a development management consulting and learning facility based in Area 15, Lilongwe, Malawi. CDM was established by Bright Sibale in 2002 and later in 2003, partnered with Peter Jere. CDM offers consultancy services in the areas of capacity building, project development and management, socio-economic research, monitoring and evaluation, institution development, policy analysis, events management, photography and videography and facilitation in areas of HIV/AIDS and gender, governance, agriculture and sustainable livelihoods, natural resources management and environment.CDM is composed of well-qualified consultants and has a network of more than 20 local and international experts who understand the poverty and development situation in the country. Over the past 16 years CDM has worked with different clients.
