Centre for Science and Environmental Research (CSER) is a sprouting venture in the field of environmental science and technology. With a view to supplement the efforts for overcoming modern day environmental challenges, the centre has been established by Dr. C. K. Jain after serving at National Institute of Hydrology, Roorkee (An Autonomous Organization under the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Govt. of India) for more than 30 years, where he was heading the Environmental Hydrology Division.The CSER supports the efforts of both public and private organizations including individuals engaged in water quality and environmental issues through education, research and training. CSER provides practical solutions based on scientific research and knowledge that create sustainable and innovative approaches towards improving water and environment quality.Our efforts include, but are not limited to:Education, Research and Training in Water and Environmental SectorThe CSER assists with the consultation, management and administration of projects involving monitoring, assessment and analysis of a wide range of concerns pertaining to water quality and environment. Most importantly, CSER advocates for policy that is supported by comprehensive scientific research and analysis.
