Centre for Social and Economic Development CSED is a non-governmental, non-profit organization established for an indefinite period time in the field of socio-economic development.We are a team of qualified professionals with more than fifteen years of experience in working with local self-governments, civil sector, regional development agencies, international institutions and various funds.
