The main idea behind the FoodHub Centre of Excellence is to create a reliable, scientifically sound hub in the areas of Food Processing, Food Production and Food Safety for the benefit of all interested parties in the Montenegrin food sector. There is a pronounced need to think globally and act locally, to share knowledge and to innovate, to identify and protect the specificities of the Montenegrin food production sector, and above all, to create a synergistic connection between researchers, food producers and decision makers.
