Following over thirty years in the public and voluntary sectors, I established Cernis in 2008 with the goal of improving public services, especially those concerning the health of children and young people. Cernis works with public and voluntary sector staff and clients to develop systems, processes and products that support service improvement. While much of our work involves using and making sense of data, each piece of Cernis work grounded in the lived experience of the staff and service users involved.
