Certified Kitchens was inspired by husband and wife team, Tom and Marie Banis. Tom has designed restaurants for the past 25 years & Marie was the Co-Founder of Thoughtful Food's, Gluten Free & Organic Certified, Giddy up & Go Granola. This August 2013 (3) dedicated Gluten Free and (3) Supporting Organic kitchens will be open to serve the needs of those who want to prepare food, but don't want the expense of building their own dedicated kitchens!
