CESDA is managed by Fundació Rego, a non-profit organization, where our only function is the training of excellent pilots with the highest safety and quality standards. At the same time we work to help our graduates in their professional insertion. In CESDA there is an excellent work environment, based on well-established values such as safety, quality, respect for standards, personal development of all members of the community, equal opportunities, teamwork and innovation . At CESDA we believe in and encourage the professional development of the center's workers. All of them are part of the patronage of Fundación Rego. CESDA is next to the International Airport of Reus, has 8 aircraft and 3 simulators, among which an A320.
