About CFO Innovation We build, run and support finance organizations for leading start-up, early stage and fast growing companies. Through our team of seasoned finance professionals, we currently serve as Chief Financial Officer of venture backed companies on either a part time or interim basis. Our finance team is responsible for initiating and executing critical capital formation, managing the day to day finance organization, implementing effective financial policies and controls, creating budgets and forecasts and establishing and managing service provider relationships. The CFO partners have a minimum of 20 years overall experience and 10 years as a CFO. Each has been CFO of a publicly traded company, personally raised debt and equity financing and managed an IPO or a substantial sell-side M&A.
