CFSI-FM is a community radio station supported by commercial advertising and all programming is provided by volunteers. We serve Salt Spring Island, BC on 107.9 FM and Planet Earth via our 24/7 mp3 webcast stream. CFSI airs music genres not normally heard on commercial radio, plus local public affairs and community news. CFSI maintains a high profile in our community with plenty of live "remote" broadcasts, coverage of local politics and issues, plus strong working relationships with local first responders. CFSI will soon add an additional repeater at 102.1 FM to serve residents at the south end of Salt Spring Island
