CGF CHARCUTERIE Created in 1982, CGF is the tale of 3 friends, including 2 brothers.It all started in Coulogne in the family workshop.Since the very start, our strategy has focused on 2 points: quality products. & sourcing local raw materials(100% of our pork is from the Hauts-de-France, 100% of our duck comes from the South West of France).In 2008 Manuel and Romain joined the company with the aim of taking it over.The story continues...We've been making regional products since the very start, so it was only natural to develop a range of gourmet products using recipes that go back to the company's origins: namely local markets, especially Christmas markets.
