Chakra Bags was founded in August 2014, by two young but foremost travel hungry individuals. After having traveled the globe, experiencing the colours and culture of many countries they had one more stop to go.. Majestic India!In collaboration with our Indian partner, we founded Chakra Bags. A brand that shares the colour, beauty and creativity of the Indian culture. After having introduced the bags in our home country The Netherlands, it turned out that many more shared our enthousiasm for the beautiful handcrafted leather bags.Every Chakra Bag is handmade, using only the finest Indian leather. Expert craftmanship & creativity are combined to make a beautiful leather bag that mirrors the colourful culture of the Indian people. This is what makes these leather bags unique!Chakra Bags does not only intend to share the beauty of India, but also the poverty..Having seen how the people suffer, we volunteered at a school that provides food, shelter & education to the girls from the slums of India.
