The Challenger Institute is made by a group of interdisciplinary executives with different backgrounds and talent. Our goal is to help individuals take back control of their wealth. Wealth creation is the journey, and there are several vehicles for wealth creation, such as Real Estate and other Financial tools to help make the journey wholesome, productive and abundant. We show you landmarks along the way that you may not have noticed before, and point out things that you see often, but in a different light. We help clients recover and redirect their existing resources to create additional income. We believe that wealth creation needs to be the norm, not the exception, that it is possible for individuals no matter what your current income level, to be wealthy. We believe in challenging the conventional wisdom in wealth accumulation and distribution strategies. We believe in giving full control, use and enjoyment over resources to our clients. We believe adaptability is the greatest virtue in economic progress; yet, it is the least understood concept in the financial services industry. We believe knowledge is wealth. New information leads to new learning and improves the economic processes over time. We believe that wealth building is rooted in time. Time is required for long term values to kick in.
