Providing educational opportunities that impact the future of the food and agricultural industry in Champaign County and around the world. This mission is met via our Foundation Scholars program which annual provides over $60,000 in scholarship assistance to students pursuing degrees in the food and agriculture space. Additionally, our Earth Partners Ag in the Classroom program provides agricultural-based lessons to students throughout our county. These programs touch over 1,000 students each month. These free lessons are offered to teachers and schools as a way to augment lessons and meet learning standards.Since our inception in 1986, the CCFB Foundation has supplied over 400 Champaign County students with over $850,000 in tuition assistance. Thousands of students become more grounded in agriculture each year thanks to our classroom programs, laboratory work and field trips.
