Our 15 year track record and depth of experience enables us to provide an outstanding and complete set of services to our clients.Our in-house team currently manages c.£500m of residential-led assets, which covers development sites in Mayfair, Kensington and Chelsea, numerous apartment blocks containing long leases, ASTs, hotel rooms, timeshare units, retail units and restaurants in Knightsbridge, Mayfair and Chelsea, a long lease reversionary portfolio located amongst the most prestigious roads in prime central London and a national ground rent portfolio with over 22,000 units.Our vision is simple – to provide the highest possible standard of property, asset and development management services to both existing and new clients. We continue to grow our assets under management with capital partners seeking to gain exposure to the London and South East markets.
