Established in 2015 as RenoRepairs, we started as an online directory for construction contractors. Due to our philosophy that our client's interest is paramount, we began attracting corporate clients who initially used our referral services but eventually began to outsource several of their industrial gas storage and piping projects to us. We eventually grew into a team of experienced professionals that provides project management solutions, specialising in project controls & planning services to our clients.In 2019, Chandler Peerson Solution was formed to reflect the commitment of our international team. Today, Chandler Peerson Solution provides unique project management services to small and medium-sized companies, primary focusing on Project Controls and Planning to reduce administrative costs, to improve productivity and to reduce dependence on a single individual.We achieve this with our business model:1) We list all the individual tasks commonly performed by these planners with the estimated man-hours required to complete each task. The clients can then purchase the tasks they require at a fixed hourly rate. We then assign these individual tasks to different offsite associate planners globally based on a set of criteria such as skills, availably and past performance. 2) An assigned coordinator (A representative from the client or our team) will be on-site and will be the point of contact for all planning activities. He/she will monitor site progress, attend meetings and monitor team submission to the client.
