Change Course Consulting is a small website development firm based out of New York City. Started in early 2011, we bring our knowledge, professionalism, guidance and advice to business owners in a way they need now like never before. Our number one focus of any engagement is to make changes that will deliver tangible and valuable results for the businesses that use them. For some of our clients this means helping them better capitalize on their natural search engine traffic by making practical improvements to their site that speak specifically to their target audience so that when they get to the site for the first time, they feel compelled to get started. For others this means making changes to their website that can help them increase their sales associates conversion ratio by turning the website into an interactive tool that will leave a lasting impression. And yet for many others, it means helping them figure out how their website can and will help them increase their already hearty number of referrals and repeat business. Conversion isn't the same for everyone we take that seriously. The largest contribution to our success is our thorough and grounded understanding of how people intuitively use websites compounded with the knowledge we gain of a specific client through our hours of consultation with them.
