Change Her Story is a non-profit social enterprise that focuses on the world of writing & publishing for women. Here is a little about what this means…-Sharing StoriesWe know that many women have endured some sort of trauma in their lifetime. Depending on the circumstances of their experiences, they are sometimes left ashamed and unable to share their story. It is often through sharing these stories with others that women finally realize that they are not alone and healing can happen. This is why we will never stop encouraging women to write & create to share these experiences in whatever way feels the most organic to them.When women choose to share the story, others get to learn.Change Her Story hosts events that provide a forum for women to tell stories, as well as learn how to write & create, & share their message in their community or in the world.-Creating New StoriesOur org is not just a place for women to share stories & learn from each other but also a place where women can learn new skills & become empowered economically in the world of writing / publishing. We are a completely innovative and modern day publishing company powered by the very women whose stories are creating it.Through several partnerships and collaborations, we are providing opportunities for women to learn about working within the writing industries, book industry, and the publishing industry in all different media. As our organization and publishing house grows, we continually provide opportunities for flexible work schedules for the women that need it most.Different kind of writing environment...A writing community where you can be heard. A think tank that is a safe nurturing environment for you to begin to write your story or parts of it and share. There is nothing but sister love here.
