CHANGE LAB™ is an EducTech company located in Los Angeles CA. We want to revolutionize fundraising training with fun, interactive online courses that will make a meaningful difference for those responsible for their organization's fundraising. Built on a commitment to high-quality learning innovations that will improve retention, understanding of the topic and provide an opportunity to engage in an interactive way at one's own pace, Change Lab is like no other fundraising training out there. The central learning is geared toward staff, leadership, and volunteers who are charged with overseeing and soliciting philanthropic donations. The first launch course, scheduled for Spring 2019, will showcase understanding how to attract, cultivate and solicit gifts from high-net-worth individuals (major gifts). Pre-launch planning and testing will encompass 2018 and the first quarter of 2019. CHANGE LAB™ training will center on an inverted learning model, meaning participants first "learn by doing" through a hands-on activity based on the principles of gamification, and then engage in a discussion of skills and lessons learned from the activity. The emphasis is on active learning, with strategic use of discussion to reinforce key objectives.
