At Change Logic Reo, our driving ambition is to help our clients understand, and embrace new and future ways of work through the provision of integrated change management and real estate optimisation solutions. With special focus in real estate optimisation strategies, relocations management, and workplace, we help our clients across multiple industries see how maximising space efficiency is an opportunity to improve productivity if managed correctly. We use an integrated approach that looks at the people , the space, the technology and the policies required to achieve this vision.We are at our core a change management company; meaning we are people focused. As such, we understand that in an era where technological disruption is the constant driving force behind change, this change demands a dynamism in the way we work, which in turn will change how we work, and ultimately where we work. We have helped clients such as; Discovery, Absa, Telkom, Standard Bank and EOH change the way they think about work, as well as create workplaces that reflect what their people do. As a team we move from the premise that; the workplace has evolved from the concept of physical buildings to include technological choices, and spaces that provide for collaboration, concentration, and creativity. However, these spaces are just the where and not the how, without permission, trust and ownership these spaces are just a contemporary version of yesterday. In the provision of our services, time is invested to understand the business of our clients, their needs, and what success looks like to them.
