ChangeTheFrame provides workshops on gender and gender equality for high school and college youth in the Canberra region. Through our workshops we create a safe space for young people to come together and discuss issues relating to gender and gender inequality. We plan to chip away at the issue of gender inequality by changing minds, one individual at a time. ChangeTheFrame is often the first exposure a young person will have to some of these ideas, we aim to provide them with a safe forum to discuss their own experiences and relate them to the world at large. We want to start conversations with young people - not finish them.Through our discussions, we want to show young people that feminism is a movement that is for everyone, and there are many different ways to be a feminist. Change starts at home, it starts in our community, with our youth.
