Change Your Algorithm is a program about personal growth and creating empowerment for its community. This is accomplished through our mental health and motivational classes. We specifically focuses on reprogramming the negative beliefs in our minds that have held us back from living our full potential. CYA teaches its community that the mind consists of 2 parts: The Conscious Mind (10% of brain power) and Subconscious Mind (90% or brain power). CYA encourages its community to shift the negative self-beliefs that reside in the subconscious through holistic and traditional techniques such as: meditation, journaling , practicing gratitude, self-forgiveness, creating healthy boundaries, and raising our self-esteem. It is through these methodologies and techniques that we begin to find motivation and live a life of purpose. CYA offers classes in Los Angeles and online open for everyone. We also have classes specifically designed for students, those looking for their LIFE PURPOSE, as well as those in recovery.Each day covers a different topic for our classes open for all:- Monday: "Reprogramming the Mind"- Tuesday: "Gratitude"- Wednesday: "Fulfillment"- Thursday: "Forgiveness"- Friday: "Boundaries"We have different topics for our students in our CYA University page.CLASS STRUCTUREEach 1-Hour class is broken into 4 different segments:1. Introduction: A facilitator begins the class and speaks about the program (5 mins.)2. Guest Therapist Lecture: A certified mental health therapist approved by the CYA team gives a lecture about the topic. and provides tips on how we can improve our mental health. (25 mins.)3. Open Forum: There is a Q&A portion for attendees to ask the guest therapist any questions that they would like pertaining to the given topic or overall personal-growth. This time can also be used for attendees to "share" their stories so they do not feel alone in their journey. (20 mins.)4. Meditation: The final segment of the class is a guided me
