Changing Destinations: Journey To Excellence, Inc. is a Global Citizenship Education organization based on the belief that all students have uncharted potential and it is our goal to partner with students to help them chart their own course to success.Mission:We prepare youth locally and globally to thrive as leaders and global citizens, equipped to positively impact their communities and the world.Vision:We envision a world where youth are: prepared to lead with confidence in diverse communities; motivated to actively seek innovative solutions to improve the world around them; and have the skills and knowledge needed to be powerful global citizens.Goals: We are confident we can have a significant influence on students through four key program components: * Leadership Development* Social Emotional Learning* Community Service* Global Citizenship Education
