My name is Chase Jansen, and I am the Founder and CEO of Chansen Capital where we deliver luxury living within reach. My passion for real estate began during my time at TCU. Throughout college, I was the president of the TCU Real Estate Club and held multiple internships within the real estate industry. Currently, I am working at The Woodmont Company as a Development Associate while simultaneously growing Chansen Capital. At Chansen Capital, we are transforming the narrative of rental properties. We want our clients to never settle for a place to live, but rather, foster environments where our clients can live in a place where they are proud to call home. We think outside the box with new, innovative designs that are changing the negative connotations behind the current "rental property" term. Our goal is to consistently acquire rental properties and continue to expand our luxury living experience.
