We are a small family run smokehouse based in Ripponden producing high quality smoked produce from traditional smoked salmon, hot roast salmons and mackerels, kippers, oak smoked chicken & duck to fresh smoked haddock chowders, smoked cheeses, bacons and speciality hams.We take the best quality locally sourced meat, fish and dairy products which are then slowly cured and smoked to our own unique recipes to finish with excellent and tasty smoked food products. Real food as it should be.Nestled in the hillside of Ripponden, in the heart of the Pennines hills we gently cure and traditionally smoke high quality locally sourced ingredients using our own recipes in our purpose built traditional smokehouse. We pride ourselves on producing outstanding wood smoked foods free from artificial colours and flavourings.
