Charles can mentor your team in the nuts and bolts of successfully navigating these types of federal government requirements for GSA, DoD, Navy, Army, DOS, DHS and other federal agencies. This includes contracts such as IDIQ, MATOC, design build, and design bid build, and all phases of project delivery from Scope of Work and fee development through design deliverables, construction, and post-occupancy. A Registered Architect in the District of Columbia, Charles has led project teams in the design and construction of over 300 federal government projects ranging from feasibility studies to GSA Design Excellence Modernizations. Charles is also an expert in contracting, project management and project delivery for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for multiple federal government agencies. Charles has a passion for problem solving and mentoring, his goal is to impart his expertise in project management and project delivery for Federal Government work to your designated team, he will mentor your team to success! As a single person Professional Limited Liability Company, my hourly rate is reasonable and I am very flexible and can contract as a independent contractor consultant using lump sum or hourly as needed.
