CIMC is a 1750-acre advanced manufacturing park with rail access, deep water access via barge, 400,000 SF of manufacturing and warehouse space and 800,000 SF of laydown area. CIMC provides utility services to tenants, such as steam, compressed air, process water and more. Additionally, CIMC provides other support services like onsite security, emergency response, occupational health and environmental monitoring.CIMC is strategically located to meet your transportation needs. Onsite transportation includes a rail spur (Q1 2018) and barge access to the Atlantic Ocean via the Cooper River.
