Charred Pizzeria is the second venture for Provo Management owned by Thomas Provo located at 36 Main Street in the historic and revitalized Village of Mount Morris. The new business is in the heart of the business district located inside of Charred American Bar + Grill, the first undertaking for Provo Management which has been a success and open since July 2013. Charred Pizzeria is using local supplied quality products to produce its Pizzas. Our vision is to provide the customer with a consistent quality product in a clean and professional establishment.Thomas is a 2010 graduate of The School of Hospitality and Service Management of Rochester Institute of Technology.
