Austin Chase Coffee was founded in 1989 with the strategy of developing an excellent espresso coffee and high quality service. The signature roasting style of Austin Chase Coffee creates a robust, flavorful and rich cup of coffee which is never bitter. This roasting philosophy produces a full-bodied coffee with a sweet, caramel finish. Individual varietal coffees and blends are hand-roasted in the Old World tradition by our certified Roast Masters.Since its inception, Austin Chase has experienced significant growth in the specialty coffee market and has expanded the product line to several blends and varietals. The Austin Chase brand and coffee has achieved a fair amount of regional exposure as far as Japan and the Philippine for their strong blends and quality of coffee.Currently, we have stores at key locations like in The Gardens Mall, Wangsa Walk, Queensbay Mall in Penang, Sunway Giza Mall and The Intermark.Target MarketThe current coffee retail stores appear to be focusing on the under 25 age segment (male & female). At Austin Chase, we will focus on the 25-45 year old age segment (male & female).We are also looking at the following specific demographics – the middle to upper-middle income groups (RM2500 and above per month).people who falls roughly into the following categories:• Professionals/White-Collared Corporate Types• ExpatriatesIt's the meeting place for the informed urban crowd - Professional, Cool, Classy & Cozy.
