Chatham Social Health Council Details
Chatham Social Health Council provides FREE HIV/STD testing, prevention and education in Chatham, Lee, Randolph, Alamance, Orange, Durham and Wake Counties. Chatham will be providing bi-lingual case management services to people living with HIV/AIDS starting in January 2015. Chatham is raising funds to open their new satellite office in Wake County which will increase their ability to provide these much needed services. CSHC is also raising funds to open a food pantry in both their Chatham and Raleigh offices with a goals state date as January 2015.
