Chau Down Café a Brooklyn base café with the value of affordable quality Asian cuisine on the go. This is Chau the lion, our VP for product research and he really loves our Rice dishes and Bubble tea. We got the idea for Chau Down Café when we were going to school and there wasn't any authentic Asian cuisine rice dishes restaurant around the area. Average New York City lunch meals were too expensive and not affordable for students like us. Others might take too long to cook for the short breaks we have. We had to travel too far for some good Asian cuisine meals. For that reason, we thought why not do it ourselves and bring the satisfactions to your craving and pockets. With your support it will help us to realized our believes on offering affordable, quality, speedy, and authentic Asian cuisine meal to everyone.
