The Chautauqua County Partnership for Economic Growth (CCPEG) represents a new way of doing business in Chautauqua County. The Partnership will bring together a host of economic development partners to serve as a single point of contact for prospective residents, businesses, developers, and site selectors. Chautauqua County Executive George Borrello resolved in 2018 that prior to preparing a new economic development strategy, a comprehensive analysis of the way economic development activities were being conducted throughout Chautauqua County was needed. Camoin Associates was commissioned to assist the County to evaluate the situation and develop actionable recommendations to help change behaviors, coordinate actions, and open-up new possibilities for advancing countywide economic prosperity. As a result of these efforts, CCPEG was created with a goal of promoting the coordination of a multitude of partners working to advance economic development.
