We understand a food category in depth, and re engineer it, to make it visually drool worthy.We collaborate with advertising agencies, food photographers,production houses and often directly with food company's brand managers.About the founder:Chef Payal Gupta is a Food and Floral stylist with 5 years of Qualitative consumer research experience across - Quantum /RK Swamy BBDO/GfK Mode/TNS.She took a leap into the world of Foodstyling 7 years back,post fortifying her research learnings with culinary education.She studied Pastry and Cuisine across prestigious culinary institutes like Le Cordon Bleu,Bangkok,Sophia College and IHM Mumbai.A certified Floral designer from a reputed institute affiliated to Mexico.Studied entrepreneurship at IIM Bangalore,to infuse management principles and offer higher professional standards in food and floral styling. This varied pool of knowledge,helps her to bring in a wealth of insights into the art of styling for brands across the globe.Background• Worked at Taj Land's End, Mumbai under celebrity Pastry chef Rohit Sangwan.• Trained under international Pastry champion,Eric Perez.• Learnt the nuances of the art of bread making from Josef Eicher,who is widely recognized as one of the most eminent bakers in the world. Also conducted a bread festival at Taj Vivanta, Bangalore.• Collaborated with international brand, Swissbake,as their Boulangerie chef to train 5 star hotels into the art of breadmaking.
