What to expect:I will only use the best suppliers I can!My butchers from Robinsons supplies me with high end quality meat. I also use a company who supply me with venison burgers & sausages. We have been working closely so I can add this to my menu's. Both of these Companies are based in Newbury 7 miles from my house. All of the above has full traceability from field to plate.
