About our Founder DirectorChetana was founded in 2013, by Dr, Gayathri Deepak who has a doctoral research in the field of Curriculum and Cognitive Development and qualifications from University of Cambridge in Teacher Training and in Executive Coaching.For over 3 decades she has worked in various roles including researcher, lecturer, teacher, teacher trainer, School Principal and Advisor. She has delivered several workshops and training programmes for hundreds of teachers and school leaders.She has also worked closely with school managements, helping to re-align schools to their Vision, Mission and Beliefs, engaging in executive coaching for their leadership, re-shaping their organisational structure, bringing in systems and process-based approaches in academic institutions to create seamless workflow and increased accountability of all stakeholders.Our missionOur Mission is to and empower educators to become reflective practitioners and thought leaders and create change in school ecosystems through transformational and shared leadership.
