Chhorvy's Global Consulting ("CGC") has been providing BSA/AML consulting services in the financial services industry for the last 12 years with extensive expertise in the areas of Risk, Regulatory Compliance, BSA/AML and Financial Fraud Investigation including cyber crime, Project Mgmt. and Process Improvement. CGC has engaged in multiple look-back projects and provided EDD and KYC reviews to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), USA Patriot Act and other regulatory guidelines on a plethora of high-risk clients. CGC understands the strict deadlines that financial institutions are under to meet regulatory deadlines and therefore, will work closely with financial institutions to meet these goals and deadlines.
