Dr. Cecile Binmoeller is a licensed psychologist in California who founded the Child Development Academy with the hopes of empowering children, adolescents, and families by providing the highest quality of mental health care. The academy offers therapy, comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, and consultation to parents and schools.Parenting is increasingly complex as a greater number of responsibilities are being placed on children and their caregivers. The Child Development Academy is committed to helping children and parents:1) Foster strengths and identify vulnerabilities and needs2) Effectively navigate challenges by developing coping and problem-solving tools3) Connect with others through meaningful relationships4) Feel more engaged in life by utilizing mindfulness-based tools.Dr. Binmoeller earned a combined Ph.D. in Counseling, Clinical, and School Psychology, a M.A. in Research Methodology, and a M.Ed. in School Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
