The centre which officially opened its doors in April 2013 services the local authorities, and private organisations in the immediate surrounding areas, and where necessary can operate within South Wales.CFCS will be owned and run by Sharon Thomas and Rachel Blackmore. They both have a wealth of Social Work experience that they will be using in the successful management and running of CFCS Ltd.
